From the balcony, you can sit at the little table with two chairs and enjoy the view in peace. Our room had an indescribable sea view and was quaintly furnished, very clean, and packed with comforts like air conditioning, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. We spent one night in one of the three rooms at the Bellini residence, choosing the one with the sea view and hot tub. The manager was kind and professional, showed us around, and explained how to get around Agropoli. The building is on the third floor and has no elevator, probably the only drawback. The area is very quiet, away from traffic and the city center's noise. The port and center are only a few minutes away, and San Marco promenade is a ten-minute walk. There is free parking right below the building, but don't expect a private garage, plus a parking spot along the street. I was very satisfied and will definitely return.

The harbor view from my room made the stay especially memorable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bellini residence, right in the heart of Agropoli. It has recently changed ownership and brings together modern comfort and traditional charm. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The home automation system made access easy. I'll definitely be back.

The owner was genuinely friendly, very kind, and attentive to everything we needed. My girlfriend and I spent one night in the king room with a whirlpool tub, and it was magnificent, modern, and equipped with all the comforts. There were towels, slippers, soap, and a hairdryer. The balcony faced the sea and had a small table, two chairs, and a little drying rack with clothespins. The location works well if you want to visit different places, and the reserved parking space was very convenient. Five stars only because I can't give more. Excellent stay, and we'll definitely be back!

There are a few things I'd change. The soundproofing isn't great, so you hear the other guests quite loudly. Two single-use portions of shower gel weren't enough for two people over two days. I was told there was reserved parking, but the spaces were so narrow and the physical room so limited that I could barely park. Fully self-service check-in and check-out is practical, though it misses the chance to chat and exchange thoughts with the owners in person. This B&B in Agropoli seems to have been renovated recently. The spaces are small but well organized, and the view is breathtaking. Prices are a little above Agropoli's average, but the harbor view and in-room whirlpool tub make them feel justified. Aside from those issues, it's a great place with real potential, and I'd recommend it.
