I don’t usually go back to the same holiday destination, but I’d gladly return to this hotel. It was such a beautiful place, with fantastic facilities and lots of sports activities. Being so close to the beach was a dream, and the food was delicious. I miss it already. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so special.

The food was pretty good, with a nice variety. I’m not sure I’d want to stay a whole week, but it was fine for several days, and the staff were always super friendly. What disappointed us was how different the place looked from the advertised photos. It felt run down overall: the rooms were still tired after redecorating, the grounds had seen better days, and the lounge chairs looked worn out. It’s fine at off season prices, but I wouldn’t be happy paying more for what you get in high season. We also weren’t told clearly what would be open when we arrived in mid October. There was no food truck or pizza and drinks bar by the beach. Between 2:00pm and 7:30pm, the only snacks were a few chips and peanuts, a long time for kids to go without something decent.

The chef was incredibly helpful for my wife’s gluten-free needs. He went around every dish to tell us whether it was okay, and there were signs beside the food as well. GF pasta was available on request, so she had no trouble finding options. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were fabulous. Look out for the TALL GUY lol.

I’d never heard of an all inclusive holiday in Italy before, so this was a really good experience and a lovely place to stay. There are lots of things to enjoy, and the cooking class with executive chef Calogero Pipia was a particular highlight. It was interactive and informative, and we got to taste what we’d cooked and prepared. Highly recommend the experience.
