I felt safe in my room, and the staff were pleasant. The location was great too. I’d read the poor reviews, but I still enjoyed my stay.

The location was good and the bed was okay, but I can't recommend this place. The apartment was shabby and poorly maintained. There was an unfinished cardboard wall, and the bathroom was dirty and moldy, with a leaking shower head, a broken shower door, no light above the mirror, and a broken toilet seat. The kitchen table was sticky. We didn't feel comfortable there.

It was really hot in the room, and there was no AC. The room was in poor shape, with patches on the walls, and checking in was inconvenient. The woman on the phone shouted at me while explaining how to get into the room, for no reason.

I ended up finding another hotel rather than stand outside with all my bags. When I tried to cancel, the owner wouldn't return my money. I'd booked ahead, but on arrival I found only a doorbell and no lobby. The owner said he was in the hospital and couldn't come open the door, then told me to cancel and stopped answering the bell. This is a scam. DO NOT BOOK!

Terrible. At 3:30 pm the room still wasn't ready. The woman made fun of my tired, crying baby, and the toilet was a disaster, with a broken seat.
