I’d been to Rome before, but this visit with my dad, a birthday gift, felt completely different. The friendly people in the building, the host and security, along with the location, made a big difference. The host was kind, polite and caring, and kept checking in while suggesting places to visit. The Colosseum is close by, the rooms were really clean, and the host had left us some snacks. Definitely worth it!

Matteo kept the rooms SUPER clean and made us feel welcome. My husband and I loved staying here. We really enjoyed breakfast, especially the fresh croissants and bread, and the metro station is only a 5-7 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely, spacious room and a good-sized bathroom that was in good working order. The location was brilliant, with sights, the subway and places to eat all nearby. I was very happy here and would stay again.

The breakfast was simple but enough, and the flat stayed really quiet even with two other batches of guests while I was there. It’s a clean B&B in a quiet, convenient area, in a well-organized, well-maintained residential building. The metro is a 7-minute walk away, and the Colosseo takes 25 minutes on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host family live nearby and are very nice and hospitable. A good choice for a stay of several days.

A great stay. Matteo was really helpful, and you get a taste of what it’s like to be a real Roman.
