The only thing going for Casa Angerin 1 was the location. We paid €950 for three days of hell, with check-in from 4 PM and checkout by 10 AM, so that isn't even two full days. Never again, and I don't recommend it. We had a small child and stayed because leaving right away would have meant another three-hour trip. Instead, we left a day early and spent as little time inside as we could. The apartment was in a basement, with mold everywhere. I couldn't even get close to the door and wrought-iron bed because they were so moldy. The bathroom stank, and a light outside the window of one bedroom came on in the evening and at night whenever someone passed. Don't trust the photos, which were probably taken when the place was first built. The washing machine was rusty, the apartment wasn't very clean despite a cleaning fee, and parts of the toilet were broken. We paid €20 extra for a cot, which wasn't there when we arrived, and another €5 more than the booking had stated. A camping cot arrived around 7 PM, but we didn't set it up because it smelled awful.

The house looked alright, but the way it was maintained made it feel unlivable. There was rotting material above the fridge, handles coming loose, and dirty beds. Booking.com showed parking, but there wasn't any. The shower barely shut off and flooded the bathroom each time. No one came to clean, or they did only the bare minimum. When we opened the curtain in one of the two bedrooms, there were two empty beer bottles that weren't ours. The upkeep was truly disgusting.

For €800 for four nights, we got a dirty basement apartment that smelled of mold. I strongly advise against it. The Booking.com deposit information never says anywhere that this hovel is in a basement.

It's very close to the sea and the Budello. The house is new and has a washing machine and dishwasher. The basement setting may be the one drawback, although the place stays cool.

The apartment was spotless, tidy, and had all the comforts. Management was very professional. Compliments to the people running the business in such a futuristic way compared with other managers.
