I liked the beautifully renovated house and stayed in the lovely Room #1. The hotel is ideally placed right beside the Via Fiorentini, and they even suggested a convenient indoor parking spot for my car. Breakfast was the one letdown. It felt a bit underwhelming for such a beautiful boutique hotel. And please add Netflix to the TV!

The room was great, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, too. The cave dwelling has loads of charm. Just keep in mind that the shower is open plan if you're sharing with a friend. The water pressure and heat were unique.

We loved our two nights here and can absolutely recommend a stay. The breakfast was small but perfect, and it was included.

We stayed for two nights, and the room was definitely better than expected: clean, stylish, and set in a cave. The 5 star world class mattress gave us a wonderful rest. The location works well for getting there by car. The TV and electricity were a bit down, but the landlords were helpful. You'll need some patience to contact them.

The owners made this stay memorable, especially Nicola, who really went out of his way when we arrived and couldn't find anywhere open for dinner. He took us to his restaurant outside the Sassi. The room was comfortable and nicely equipped, and the place had a charming feel and a great location. I'd absolutely recommend AI maestri Rooms&Cafe.
