Residence Principi di Piemonte

We really love this quiet, elegant part of Alassio. The place has a spectacular view, and Mrs. Stefania welcomed us with such kindness. Wonderful.

It was so quiet and welcoming, and spacious too. A great place to unwind and take walks on the beach, which is only a few dozen meters away.

Good value for money, with an excellent location just steps from the beach. It's in Borgo Coscia, about five minutes from Piazza Partigiani. There are two small grocery stores, restaurants, taverns, and a few shops nearby. Stefania is at reception every day from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. She's extremely kind and attentive to what you need. There's also a fully equipped gym on the ground floor facing the street. The residence is at the edge of the restricted traffic zone, so there's virtually no traffic. A personal trainer is available on request for a fee.

Ms. Stefania at the Residence is kind and attentive, and you can tell she cares about guests having a good stay. Everything was top notch, thank you. The two-room apartment was beautiful, very clean and tidy, with a large bathroom, a spacious double bedroom with windows on two sides, a comfortable and functional living room and kitchenette, and a large sofa bed that was easy to use. The gym on the ground floor is handy if you like working out on holiday. It's 20 meters from the sea at the start of the pedestrian area. That made it easy to reach by car to unload luggage, and we parked nearby for free. The area was peaceful, and the apartments looked out over leafy courtyards under renovation, two villas also being renovated, the fine sand, and the sea. Once the car was parked, we didn't need it again. Everything was just steps away, including a market for essentials and a rotisserie in the town center serving typical Ligurian dishes at a good price. Alassio is beautiful, hard to put into words. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I highly recommend it.
