The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and mostly recently renovated, though some rooms still have older flooring. It’s generally in good shape and has efficient Wi-Fi and all the comforts you’d need. The owner was friendly and quick to help. There’s free uncovered parking in the rear courtyard, but the building is on the second floor with no elevator, in a somewhat remote spot within a low-cost housing complex. We slept fairly well, though outside noise starts early in the morning. Breakfast is self-service, with a pod espresso machine, fruit, yogurt, juice, iced tea, and cheese in the fridge, which was more than adequate. The kitchen is equipped for residential use, with all kinds of dishes and appliances, including a microwave and toaster. It’s a good value and a good choice. Brighter evening lighting would help, since the bedside lamps make reading difficult.

The manager was helpful, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was arranged according to the needs we’d mentioned.

The owner was very kind and helpful. It’s a simple, clean place in a quiet neighborhood, with everything you need. Recommended.
