The place is pleasant and very child friendly, and the staff were accommodating and kind. Our door lock had a problem, but they fixed it very quickly. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, though, and housekeeping was very loud and inconsiderate while cleaning, constantly sliding furniture around. When we complained, they kept saying “5 minutes.” Their careless noise made a quiet afternoon impossible. Aside from that frustrating incident, we had a pleasant stay. The Wi-Fi never worked for us, so we needed a 4G package.

We enjoyed our holiday here last year and are coming back for another week this year. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked really well for trips to Ceriala, Albenga, Alassio, Finale Ligure, and other places. You can walk to the sea, there's a good restaurant and a great pool. If you're expecting a fancy apartment, the houses and apartments are basic and not the most modern. But come on, it's good enough. We loved our week here.

I was there for work, so I only caught a glimpse of the sea from the car. Still, I felt an unusual warmth with the owners right away. The two brothers are empathetic and helpful. I stayed in room 21, which had a little garden, and everything was very well cared for. I recommend it and will be back soon.
