The big pool and location are good, and the little wooded tent area is nice, though finding a flat spot there can be a challenge. The sanitary facilities, as other reviews mention, are really, really bad. They're old, with dirty curtains in front of the cubicles and nowhere to put clothes or a towel. Sometimes the toilets had no paper. There's a padel court in the middle of the campsite, which sounds fun, but people play until 11 PM, much too late in my opinion. The reception has a strange feel, like stepping through a time machine into the eighties.

The campsite staff were friendly, and the sanitary facilities were basic but clean. The owner runs a shuttle taxi into Alberobello, a great service that makes sightseeing much easier.

Prices were affordable, and the campsite's shuttle got us into town easily for just a little money, even during a European Championship match with Italy playing. Staff were kind, helpful, and attentive in the heat. There was a pool for campers and a restaurant on site. The pitches were partly shaded and had drinking water points. The facilities are a bit dated, as some might say, but clean and functional.

The pitches are very close together. At the end of May, we could hear our neighbor snoring. The facilities looked good, though, and I can imagine it's the place to be in summer. The staff were really friendly, and the decor has a not-unpleasant 70s and 80s disco trance feel. We ate at the restaurant. The pizza wasn't the best I've ever had, but we were glad to have it right there.

That full-length swimming pool was the icing on the cake. My wife and I spent two pleasant days camping here while visiting beautiful Alberobello. The friendly staff run a fantastic, regular shuttle into town, which we really appreciated. Hot showers were included, and we had a very tasty meal at the on-site restaurant.
