The location is great, with so many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. The room itself is good in general, too. The WiFi was poor or nonexistent, the hot water wasn't great, and there were bed bugs on the sofa bed. If you can overlook some of those things, it's a great spot.

Matteo came through when we needed a place at the last minute after a terrible stay elsewhere. The room was spotless and the location was great. A really good place to stay in Rome, highly recommend it.

For what we paid for three nights, I expected a decent room. Instead, the place felt badly neglected. There’s no bathroom cabinet for even basic toiletries, and the towels were old and worn. Yellow stains and peeling paint were visible on the walls, with a strong damp smell as soon as we walked in. Mold was on the bathroom ceiling, inside the mini fridge, and between the air conditioner blades, which is especially serious for someone like me who has allergies. The bathroom and bedroom details were in poor shape too. Calling it a suite doesn’t make it one. It’s far too expensive for what it offers, and clean, decent towels and no mold should be the minimum.

The price was the worst part. It was the most expensive hotel of my whole Eurotrip, yet the room was the smallest. At least the location was a 10/10. The walls are paper thin, so you hear people talking in other rooms, and the bathroom is cramped and badly laid out.
