Federica and Lisa were lovely from the start. They met us, explained everything, and even let us choose between two rooms. Ours was clean, a good size, and had a very comfortable bed, which was a big plus. We left our cases in the room on departure day, so we could enjoy the day without dragging them around. Federica came back to meet us when we collected them and said goodbye. It's a great base for Rome, with the option to walk to places or take the metro. The guest house isn't fancy, but it has what you need when you're out exploring all day. I'd definitely recommend it.

My wife and I had a lovely time in Rome, and Guest House Iulia was a big part of that. Federica and Lisa gave us personal help and guidance, the rooms were clean and properly equipped, and the location was handy for both the Vatican and shops. Highly recommend Guest House Iulia.

We'd love to come back. Our apartment was large, the building was impressive, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The host was lovely and genuinely looked after our well-being. The location was great too, a 10 minute walk to the Vaticano and another 8 minutes to Metro Station Lepanto. Thanks for a lovely stay!

It's outside central Rome, but the neighborhood is nice and the Vatican is close by. The room was pleasant, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom, and the service was good from arrival right through to leaving.

This guesthouse has so much character, and everything was spotless. The owners were lovely and helpful, the location was excellent, and it was great value for money. I loved my stay and will definitely return.
