Absolutely top notch!

I gave it three stars because the stay itself was pleasant, but leaving felt uncomfortable. Checkout was at 10:30 AM, yet the cleaner arrived at 10:00 while I was still getting ready in my room. For about half an hour, she kept knocking insistently, which put me under pressure and made the end of the visit unpleasant. I understand they need to manage a tight cleaning schedule, but a more considerate, discreet approach would have left a better impression.

Madeleine was handy for exploring Alberobello on foot, and the online check-in with a door code was convenient. There’s Wi-Fi, but breakfast isn’t included. The coffee machine came with pods, and there were two bottles of water in the fridge. Parking is available along the nearby road for €2 per hour until midnight. Inside, the trullo has a charming feel, a small kitchen with good equipment, a spacious practical bathroom, a sofa in the relaxation area, and a nice assortment of antiques and furnishings. One letdown: ice cream left behind in the freezer had melted and made a mess of both the freezer and refrigerator.

I’ve stayed here, and it was divine 🫶 It’s got that intimate loft feel, with a charming atmosphere, a romantic setting, and a private sauna. If that sounds like what you want, then yes, this is the place. Don’t hesitate if you still have the chance 😉…
