Our room was nice, and breakfast at the pleasant restaurant was only average. The bigger problem was the town clock next door. During our one-night stay in March 2026, it chimed loudly every 15 minutes all night, loud enough for the whole town to hear. I was also hoping for a long hot shower on a cold winter night, but the water went ice cold after a minute or two. I tried calling the front desk at 10:00 pm to let them know and see if they could fix it, but the call went unanswered and diverted to voicemail. I wouldn't stay here again, and I'm a bit surprised the reviews seem so positive.

The apartment was nice, but the advertised entrance didn't match what was there. The listing showed a lovely entrance, while in reality there was only a door directly off street level. I can't say what shower roses are like across southern Italy, but these were terrible: there was either a direct jet or a handheld rose.

The staff were so sweet when they welcomed us and showed us to our pretty room. We were delighted to find a balcony with a stunning view. Sadly, we only had one night at Palazzo Scotto, but thank you for making it special.

Our short stay at Palazzo Scotto was unforgettable. The decor is beautiful, refined, and classy, but the people are what really make the place. The team was capable, professional, friendly, and always there when we needed them, while staying quietly in the background and making us feel at home. I've never experienced that kind of hospitality anywhere else. We also loved the cosy NOS Ristorante, where the food was insanely delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. There was live music from an extremely talented young musician, along with singing by the manager, Valerio. A huge thank you to Valerio and the wonderful team, Mery, Mimo, Anna Rita, Federica, and Roberto, for creating such a special atmosphere. They left us longing to return to Palazzo Scotto and the outstanding NOS restaurant. I still don't understand why this place doesn't have five stars. It certainly deserves them, and the Palazzo Scotto hotel adds even more magic to a visit to Alberobello. ✨ Thank you for an incredible experience, Agnieszka and Max
