We stayed at the property several months ago. The air conditioning took two days to start working. We parked beside the apartments' main entrance as the owner had clearly instructed. After we received a police fine, we told the owner, who wrote back that we shouldn't worry and that "he will take care of it." He never did, and the fine doubled. That was very disappointing.

Following the owner's clear instructions, we parked right beside the apartments' main entrance. We got a police fine and told him about it. He replied that we shouldn't worry because "he will take care of it," but he didn't, and the fine doubled. Very disappointing.

Giuseppe and Nicole were so kind and helpful. The house was clean, spacious, and welcoming, in a central but peaceful part of Alberobello. Patrizia and her team are from Padua. I'd recommend it for an unforgettable holiday.

The house was comfortable and really clean, in a quiet spot near the historic center. Great service too. Our thanks and greetings to the staff. Suite del Vico is highly recommended.

We were welcomed warmly, and the suite had every amenity with care given to all the details. Its location at the top of the Monti district is perfect.
