Moseralm Dolomiti Hideaway

The resort’s story is wonderful, and you can see how much the family who own and run it care about the place. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Every staff member was outstanding and attentive. Our junior suite was spacious and modern, with a huge balcony and a view like a painting. We stayed three nights on half board, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. They also have group activities every day. I was blown away by the setting, service, food, wine, and facilities, all beyond what I expected, and I can’t wait to return. I also find it really disappointing when people leave one-star reviews because the resort serves hotel guests only. That pulls down its Google rating, which should be much higher than 4.6. Those reviews should be disregarded.

The spa was a real treat, calm and spotless, and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Meals were another highlight, fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, with a cozy feel. From the welcome onward, the staff were warm, professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making the stay special. The attention to detail was excellent throughout. Special thanks to Igor! I’d happily recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

There’s plenty of hiking and cycling right by the hotel. We stayed in a spacious, modern new room with a view of the dolomites, and the new spa area was amazing. The hotel is well kept, the food was delicious, and everyone on staff was so friendly that we felt very welcome. I loved the place. If you want a few quiet days away from the hustle, this is a good spot. The massage was the one thing I found only mediocre.

The view is what stands out first, along with the spotless service everyone gives their guests. The spa, sauna, and pools helped us properly unwind, and the daily programs kept us busy. There’s so much beauty here. We had a wonderful time, and thanks to all the staff ❤️
