We parked in town, paid for parking, then walked down some steps to the check-in office and up a small hill to the rental. The area was pretty, with plenty of shops and restaurants, and felt very clean and safe. Our two-bedroom stone house had a kitchen and a surprising amount of space. It was warm and welcoming, thoughtfully furnished, with good heating for the cold nights and a comfortable bathroom. A wonderful Trulli house stay. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff were really helpful and gave us tips on where to eat. The reception and rooms are in separate locations, but close to each other. I liked that the room was in a residential area, so it was much quieter at night. It was spacious, and the complimentary toiletries were great. That olive oil shampoo worked so well for my hair.

We were taken straight to our accommodation after checking in at their office in the town center, so there was no need to hunt around for it. Breakfast was served across from the office in a small restaurant. It was a simple buffet with juice and a coffee machine, and everything was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Alberobello is beautiful, and October-November is a lovely time to visit, with comfortable temperatures and fewer crowds. We had a nice stay, and the staff were very helpful and service minded. They gave us plenty of advice on parking and things to do while we were there.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe here and loved the terrace view. The place is right in the heart of the historic center, and it’s clean, nicely decorated, and original. The person helping me was respectful and helpful. I left a very important medication in the fridge, and he went out of his way to arrange a car to take it to Bari on a Sunday. I believe I’ll be back in this area, and I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!
