Trulli Barsento

We came for a vacation and to explore, but ended up wanting to stay in the trullo itself. The place is enchanting, and its trulli are beautiful, clean, and very well cared for. Mr. Giovanni, the manager, is a wonderful person who makes you feel genuinely welcome. I recommend staying here for a special, memorable experience.

Trulli Barsento is like a little world of its own, tucked among the greenery and quiet just a short distance from Alberobello. Its simple, understated elegance still catches the eye, even for a discerning traveler. The price matches the quality, and might even be a little low for everything included. Every detail is considered and in its right place. Perfect in every way, a 10/10.

We used the beautiful Trulli complex as our base for a week, until Sunday, August 17, 2025, to visit Alberobello, Matera, Martina Franca, Noci, Putignano, and other towns. Our trullo was the first one we entered, and it was very well equipped, even with a washing machine. There was heating and air conditioning, and both the trullo and shared areas had shade, chairs, and hammocks. There are swings for children, too. We were surrounded by olive trees and ate outside every evening. There's also a small museum inside. I didn't get to use the barbecue.
