Agriturismo Raffo

After two weeks moving between different hotels, Agriturismo Raffo was the place that stood out. Lillio welcomed us by carrying our bags and bringing us into the breakfast area, where he poured us his own very good wine. He followed that with fresh bread topped with olive paste and oil, plus some hot red pepper paste on bread. Later, while we were taking a break in the courtyard after settling in, he appeared with a plate of fresh grapes. Sicilians welcome you with open arms, and here we felt treated like family. The facilities and service are exceptional. Looking forward to breakfast. Ciao from Sicily.

We stayed three nights while attending friends' wedding, and it was perfect. The hotel is lovely and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. When we arrived in the afternoon, Ignazio, a very friendly guy, offered us an aperitivo and their house wine. I'd really recommend visiting and having a chat with Ignazio.

We came to this part of Sicily for the first time, and the location worked perfectly for visiting Agrigento and the surrounding area. Fields, olive trees, and vineyards are all around this charming renovated farmhouse. The owners were wonderful and made our stay memorable. An older lady looked after us throughout the visit and served breakfast beautifully. Everything met our expectations, and we'd highly recommend it.

I spent plenty of time just sitting and enjoying the spectacular view over the fields. The rooms come in different sizes; they're old, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served every morning at 8am, and the pool is a great place to relax. There's also a small spa. The hosts are extremely welcoming and make sure you have what you need. Mimmo the cane corso was a highlight for me and my husband. He's so sweet and cuddly, and we spent lots of time outside with him. Agriturismo Raffo is only a 10-minute drive from Naro, but stick to the larger roads. The smaller ones have huge potholes that are difficult even in an SUV. Such a pretty, charming little b&b in the countryside, and an incredible experience. Highly recommended.
