We came from Germany for a Sicilian beach wedding, and the team made it exactly what we’d dreamed of. They followed every detail we’d discussed, from the flowers and decorations to dinner, and our guests from Germany were impressed by how well it was organized. The food was 12/10, I’ve never tasted seafood like it. Service was fantastic, and the staff felt like family. They made both the wedding and our stay unforgettable. I’d highly recommend it for a wedding or a vacation.

We ate at the Hotel five evenings, and the food was fabulous. The location was outstanding, and the young waiters were funny and charming, 100 out of 10. We’ll be back.

We spent three nights at Hotel La Battigia in April 2024 and would happily stay again. The beach is very close, and both the rooms and restaurant have amazing sea views. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and dinner was just as tasty. The hotel has very good facilities, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and great with guests. Highly recommended.

8/10
It’s a small, beautiful hotel right by the beach, and our room looked out over the sea. The sunsets are stunning. We enjoyed the food and service, and the two nearby restaurants serve amazing seafood too. The downside is the location: it’s a bit far from everything, so getting around means taking a taxi or renting a car.

The private beach and little pool are lovely, but that’s about all I’d count on here. The hotel was clean, but there was no service, lobby, or atmosphere. There is a bar, though in a full week we never saw anyone working there. Nobody comes by the private beach to sell drinks, and the breakfast table area was messy, with garbage around. Breakfast was all that was included, when we could have booked an all inclusive holiday at a top resort instead. This hotel is far from everything, so you need a car. I can’t tell whether it’s a poor four star or a good three star.
