We spent two lovely nights here, and it really felt like home. Tiziana welcomed us warmly and pointed us toward good nearby restaurants, hot springs, and wineries for tasting. The place is huge, with three rooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and living room, all the kitchenware and tableware you need, and a capsule coffee machine. She’d even left snacks, cakes, and milk for us. The pool was our favorite. After walking around town in the hot sun, we’d jump in and have an iced drink. So comfortable! We didn’t speak the same language as Tiziana, but gestures and Google Translate made communication easy.

A lovely little Italian villa in central Tuscany, with a pool and incredible views from the grounds. The owner was friendly, and it’s a good base for seeing the Chianti region.

The hosts were incredibly kind, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a gorgeous setting. The location is hard to beat: close to several thermal baths, classic Tuscan views, lovely towns like Pienza, and Bosco della Ragnaia. Free laundry too. I’d happily stay here again.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. We booked at the last minute, then decided to add another night, and neither was a problem. They also suggested local restaurants where we ate really well for reasonable prices, away from the usual tourist traps. The apartment was beautiful, recently renovated but still full of the rustic character of an old country house. We had the four-person unit, with a fully equipped kitchen and a stunning old fireplace at its center. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom window had a great view. There’s an outdoor pool, and a natural thermal pool is a 10-minute walk away. The more famous terme di San Filippo are only 15 km away. This little spot among the Tuscan hills was one of our holiday highlights. Absolutely recommended!
