The house-made ice cream with strawberries and blueberries was SO GOOD. We’d stumbled on the restaurant for dinner with my wife, and the meal was incredible: gnocchi with chanterelles and beef with potatoes, homey food that was still out of this world. The service was kind and humble too. 10/10, I’d go back.

The sauna area, the excellent wine selection, and the fresh regional food are some of the highlights for us. Our dog is always warmly welcomed, which we really appreciate. We’ve stayed at the Gasthof Krone in Aldino several times and have always been completely happy there. It feels like visiting good friends rather than staying in a hotel, thanks to the family atmosphere. Nature is right outside the beautifully situated inn, making it a lovely place to unwind. We’ll definitely be back.

The pleasant terrace is a lovely extra on summer evenings, and inside the rooms have a lot of atmosphere. The regional food uses ingredients from their own farm. The historic Krone Hotel is a refined place that delights the eye and soul, run by a kind, happy family. It’s ideal if you appreciate the little things. I highly recommend it!
