2/10
The service was good and breakfast was okay, but the price really wasn't justified. The room felt old and shabby and wasn't very clean, and the shower needs maintenance. Though it's rated four stars, I'd give it two at most.

4/10
The staff were nice, but that's about the only plus for me. The mattress was unbelievably hard, and there was no way to adjust the room temperature. I spent the night either too hot or opening the window and getting cold. To me, this feels more like a two-star hotel.

8/10
The staff here were honestly a big plus, and friendlier than at the other hotel. Still, everything else was better at due buoi rossi. We stayed at bove hotels, where the price was almost the same, so I'd choose due buoi rossi for a better experience.

10/10
We booked on the spur of the moment for one night and really liked it. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast room were very, very kind.

A convenient place to stay in Alessandria. The rooms are large and well furnished, and they're being renovated.
