The apartment itself was small, though that didn't bother us much since we only used it to shower after the beach and sleep for a few hours. There was just one large towel per person, with no face or bidet towels. We knew the price in advance, but after finding out that several things we'd been told were included actually weren't, we wished we'd booked a full-board hotel with parking instead. We were told the price for a six-person apartment included a beach umbrella and two loungers. We booked two apartments, but the other five people were left without places to sit, despite having paid. On the phone, we had been told these were provided for each person. When we raised the issue, the manager said that if it wasn't written down, it was just our word. I told him we weren't stupid and wouldn't have booked if we'd known extra loungers and umbrellas would cost more. He fiddled with his phone and said I shouldn't play “these games.” The way we were treated was incredibly rude. Parking was another problem. We were told one car per apartment was included, but in practice it was only available after the cleaners finished, around 4:30/5:00 PM, through check-out. We had to pay for parking on the morning we arrived. We were a group of guys and girls, and maybe that was why the staff were rude to us. We only stayed one night, luckily. The managers seemed more worried about a bad review than the fact that they'd advertised something they didn't provide. After we pointed that out, they called and attacked us over the phone. The manager offered us a 1:00 PM check-out as a “gift” to make up for the problems, though it was obviously overpaid. He'd also said he'd come check the apartments himself. On our departure morning he showed up and photographed the whole apartment, suggesting we'd left a dirty pot even though we hadn't cooked. We felt he was looking for a reason to keep the €300 deposit, which was a first for us after years of vacationing. The cleaner, who said she hadn't been told about the late check-out, was already outside at 11:00 AM with bags and a vacuum cleaner. I strongly advise against this place.

Getting to the third-floor apartment is a struggle, especially since the building has no elevator and feels dated. Inside, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the sofa bed is dirty. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the unit that is there doesn't work fully. The kitchen is dirty too, with old dishes. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, has no bidet, and the shower is tiny.

The location was good, and the sun loungers and umbrella were included. The apartment itself was awful. Its sofa bed had broken boards, the walls were stained, and the air conditioning was only in the kitchen and didn't work properly. In the bathroom there was no bidet and the shower was tiny. Even the drying rack was broken and had no pegs.

Good location, but that's the only thing in its favor. No towels or shampoo, and the terrace table is half broken. Felt like an overpriced tourist trap, too.

There's no lift in this four-floor building, which isn't in the best shape, so getting up to the higher apartments can be a hassle. The room, kitchen/living area and bathroom are all quite spacious. The bathroom has no bidet, so you can use the shower instead, though that's inconvenient. The kitchen is welcoming but not well equipped. Bring things like scissors and a spatula, and note that the pan isn't non-stick. Still, it's a pleasant and affordable place to stay.
