A few days I stayed in, reading and relaxing, and the lovely outdoor shower and garden chairs made that easy. Luca's place in Alessano, Puglia, is beautiful, renovated and cared for with love. My bedroom was lovely too, with a nice bathroom. It had the comfort of a boutique hotel while still feeling like an authentic house. Traveling alone can make getting around somewhere new a bit challenging. Luca's advice helped me find my way naturally, without feeling I had to visit everything. He was welcoming from the moment I arrived, genuinely kind, helpful, and always ready with answers and good suggestions for local sights and places to eat. His hospitality and the house made my summer trip unforgettable. I highly recommend it for an authentic Puglia stay.

Luca was incredibly kind, and his place is beautiful. We loved being there. It was perfectly placed for exploring the Salente area, and his suggestions helped make our trip full of local experiences. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area again.

We've already stayed at Masseria delle Rose twice, and we're eager to return. It's a comfortable, beautiful place, with stunningly decorated rooms and a lovingly tended garden full of little corners to sit and enjoy nature. After travelling quite a bit, I can say it's the most beautiful vacation accommodation I've visited. Luca is both a lovely person and a perfect host. His love for Salento comes through in the thoughtful design and meticulous decor across the rooms and garden. He also seems to know every part of the area and can share so much insight. I'm so glad I found this place, and can't recommend staying at Masseria delle Rose enough!

Masseria Delle Rose feels like a real, cozy Italian home, full of lovely little details and accessories. It gives you the atmosphere of everyday life in Apulia in a way no hotel can match. I loved having morning coffee in the garden among its tucked-away charming corners 🌸🌵🦎 The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available. We could also make our own meals in the kitchen. The town center is a 10-minute walk, with local shops where you can buy fresh seafood and vegetables. In a 20-40 minute drive there are lots of lovely places to visit, plus beaches for swimming or snorkelling. Luca is caring, kind, and always willing to help when asked. His tips for places to see in the region were valuable. And thank you, Luca, for the morning surprises of pasticciotto and fruit left on the table! This is definitely a place we'll miss and want to come back to ❤️ Grazie mille! Irina & Rafał
