Our room was small but comfortable, with a big balcony that was almost a terrace. The train station for Rome is very close. The shared kitchen had very little equipment: no plates, cutlery, knife, or even a bottle opener for wine. I don’t understand why they say there’s a kitchen.

2/10
The room itself was very good, but the service was really poor, which was especially disappointing for a hospitality business. As vegetarians, we needed a kettle to heat water and make coffee, and had checked in advance that both were available. There was no kettle, and the coffee machine needed coins we didn’t have. We had to go to the terrace kitchenette to heat water in mugs. There was no crockery, so we ate everything from coffee mugs. Caretaker David was no help. The empty garage also cost €10/night for 10 hours. The tax coin had been left where the keys were kept. His replies to low-rated reviews seem arrogant. Instead of being polite and apologizing, look at how he responds. Such a liar. It's Ms Swati.

Very clean room and an excellent price. It’s a great place to stay while visiting Rome, with the train station just two minutes away. From there, a €3 train gets you to the city center in about 40 minutes and within reach of all the famous sights. Worth booking.

Quiet, high quality, and impeccable, with the station nearby. The city center and seaside are just across the tracks, and Roma is half an hour away. Perfect.

The host is responsive when anything comes up and very accommodating. Shops and the train station are conveniently close.
