The breakfast included with our room was something we looked forward to every day. We stayed for nearly two weeks during the Olympics and had a genuinely good experience. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, the manager was kind and clearly cared about guests, and housekeeping did a great job. We travel to Milan often and would be happy to return.

I slept so well in the comfortable bed in the standard suite. The hotel was a great quiet, laid-back place to stay. From the warm welcome to the excellent service, I loved my time here.

This was my fourth stay, and I always feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. Guiseppe at reception is especially great at sorting out all kinds of problems, and does it with a very professional attitude.

The walk to Duomo takes around 30 minutes. At the hotel, the service from everyone was excellent, and breakfast was both amazing and extensive. The room was lovely and quiet, even with a garden party going on, which we could barely hear. The shower was great, and the Toiletpaper toilet accessories were brilliant.

We ended up in Milan after a last-minute change to our trip, and Guiseppe was incredibly kind and accommodating when we realized we’d booked the wrong night. The rooms were beautiful and huge, and the location felt very central. You’re in the lively part of the city, but it wasn’t especially loud. Other staff gave us great recommendations too. I loved Milan and will definitely come back and stay here.
