There are a few things that could use attention: the living-room tables have several ring marks, and part of the kitchen wall looks like it may have water damage. Even so, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and close to public transport. The instructions for getting in were clear and easy to follow 😊

The apartment itself was pleasant, but there were several problems with the owner and stay. The electric stove heated once and then stopped working, and the coffee pod didn’t fit the espresso machine. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and no luggage room. We arrived from the airport at 10 am and had to wait outside the hotel or drag our bags around until 3 pm. I’d suggest setting up a place in the billiard room where guests can leave their luggage until then, with doors opened and closed by code. It was impossible to communicate with the hotel staff.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and I had a very pleasant stay at the Joivy Apartment during my recent trip to Milan. It’s within easy walking distance of the city center. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
