The room felt a bit old-fashioned and the bed wasn't especially comfortable, but the bathroom had been renovated to a very high standard. Everything was kept lovely and clean, and the place felt quiet and safe. The staff were very welcoming and did all they could to accommodate me. It's in a convenient spot, a five-minute walk from the central station, with plenty of places to eat and drink on the street. The price was reasonable for the location and amenities.

I've never had a worse hotel experience. The rooms were tiny and dirty, and there was a major safety hazard in ours. We went down politely to ask if another room was available or if they could help. Staff then spent well over two hours verbally abusing my family, calling us liars and yelling at us to leave. They even laughed at my sister while she was crying. I wouldn't stay here for any amount of money. Please don't book this place.

A power outlet right by my head where I was sleeping kept sizzling and throwing sparks when I switched it on. I felt unsafe, so I went to reception to report it and ask whether another room was available. The staff came up and screamed at me and my mum for two hours, calling us liars while I was in my pyjamas getting ready for bed. They made me cry and feel so unsafe. I've never experienced ruder staff or had to leave a hotel before. When we left, they refused to refund us. Do not stay here.

The staff were really kind, especially Angela at the reception. The room was clean, and the hotel is close to the central station.

The room had a leak in the restroom, and the service wasn't very accommodating. The location was excellent, but it didn't feel worth what I paid.
