The water pressure was strong, the hot water stayed on, and the drain worked properly. Those little things made a big difference, and the bed and pillows were comfortable too. My room was practical and functional. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from check-in. The location was impeccable: I could walk everywhere and pop back to rest easily. For the price, it’s incredible value. I really like this hotel, and I’d happily recommend it and book again.

We were in the middle of everything, which made the location super convenient. My wife and I booked at the last minute during the Olympics and had a marvelous stay. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, spotless and cleaner than my own bathroom, and that’s saying something. The staff were incredible and bent over backwards to help. We needed an extra night at the last minute, and they moved us to a single room that was plenty big enough for both of us. They even shifted all our luggage while we were out. There was a huge breakfast with loads of options too. We’ll DEFINITELY stay again next time we’re in Milano.

We stayed two nights in July 2025 in the La Scala Suite at Hotel Milano Castello, and the suite was incredibly spacious. The large private balcony made it feel extra special. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the staff were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. No complaints at all. The location is outstanding, about a five-minute walk from Duomo Milano. Starbucks Reserve Roastery is close too, and there are loads of places for food, dessert, and coffee nearby, including Venchi gelato, spun tiramisu spots, and All'Antico Vinaio, known for its schiacciata sandwiches. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, high-quality options. We also enjoyed the complimentary evening drinks and snacks, especially the Aperol Spritz at aperitivo time. A perfect stay in the heart of Milan, highly recommended.

The location made it easy to get around, and we had a great few nights here on our October honeymoon. My husband and I would definitely return. The room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the cleaning staff did a spotless job every day. We appreciated the free minibar. The front desk team was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the delicious breakfast and the free drink and snacks for aperitivo each evening in the courtyard.

We stayed here with my son and would come back next time we’re in Milan. The location is hard to beat, really central but still quiet. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Thank you for making our stay so nice!
