Duse Luxury Stay

I had a great stay here earlier this year.

Please read carefully if you’re considering this accommodation. I’m sharing what I wrote to management after my stay, in the interest of fairness before doing what I can to alert future guests: “Here’s my account of the stay: The information in the ad and the later information were misleading. Both windows on the right were broken and wouldn’t lock. The apartment door was in poor shape, had no insulation, and couldn’t be securely locked from inside. The apartment was freezing when we arrived. A room of that size needs to be kept at a suitable temperature, but with no second key we couldn’t keep it warm while we were out. So it was cold again every time we returned. The lack of a second key also meant that whenever one guest left, anyone staying behind either had to sit without electricity or leave the property to open the second door when the first person came back. One morning, while I was loading luggage into the car, the main door locked behind me and left me outside. I repeatedly entered the code on the intercom, but nobody opened the door. I had to call my travel companion out to let me in. There were also loud noises in the room, presumably from another guest using the water. I’ll spare a detailed description of the general lack of cleanliness, poor finishing, and the splendid suite’s basement-like location. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The advertising should remove the words ‘Luxury’ and ‘suite,’ which could mislead people. Deceptive. Best regards” You can draw your own conclusions!

The location made it easy to get around and reach the main attractions. Duse Luxury Stay was a perfect choice for me: elegant, carefully maintained, and furnished with real attention to detail. The modern spaces felt classy, and my room was lovely, quiet, and very comfortable, with every amenity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, and the cleanliness impeccable. Everything was well organized, communication was prompt, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. It was a relaxing, high-quality stay, suited to business or a weekend away. I’d happily recommend it and will definitely return.

The location made it easy to explore Milan’s city center on foot, and one of the city’s best parks for walking and working out is just a few steps away. The room was clean, and the staff were fantastic. Reception answered all our questions and suggested the best places to eat. I was in Milan over the holidays to see friends, and I’ll definitely stay here on future trips.
