Hotel Milano Navigli

We walked everywhere from this little hotel, which is in an amazing spot near great shops and the nearby canal district. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and beautiful, with great amenities, and the air conditioner meets American standards 😂. We’d definitely stay again.

Breakfast was amazing, varied, fresh, carefully prepared, and better than what I later had at a nearby four-star hotel where I stayed for an event. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Milano Navigli exceeded my expectations for a three-star hotel. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Milan’s main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, with good lighting, a strong warm shower, and a quality coffee machine. A very good Milan choice, with comfort, cleanliness, and great service in a central location.

After I got home, I spent an entire afternoon taking precautions because I was afraid of bringing an infestation into my apartment. I isolated or discarded luggage, hot-washed and dry-cleaned clothing, and separated my personal belongings. I had emailed the hotel seeking a resolution and included photo evidence, but I still haven’t received any reply or any indication they intend to address it. I stayed at Hotel Milano Navigli from 11-14 December in room 305. I woke repeatedly with bites and visible welts, which caused significant discomfort. I told the receptionist verbally at checkout. They said sheets are changed regularly and mattresses replaced once a year, but offered no inspection, investigation, or other action. Given the health implications and complete lack of follow-up, I can’t recommend this hotel. Later edit: I saw your reply. Please check with your employees and review your surveillance cameras from the day I checked out before implying I’m lying about reporting the issue at the hotel. I travel quite a lot, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable making this accusation if it weren’t true.

Hotel Milano Navigli was a peaceful oasis just steps from the lively Navigli canals, with charming cafés and boutiques nearby. The location is perfect for enjoying Milan, and the hotel felt like real value for money if you want a good three-star stay with four-star facilities. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I felt at home right away. Breakfast was fresh and varied, served with genuine Italian hospitality, and the staff offered great local tips and made sure I had what I needed. From the warm welcome and attentive service to the style and comfort, it was an unforgettable stay. I’ve stayed in many Milan hotels, but this combination of warmth and comfort stands out. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
