Antonella, the archaeologist who hosts the place, was friendly, and the price was good. I've had friends stay here and would bring others again. It's small but cozy, with a surprisingly big and comfortable bathroom. Getting there means climbing a steep double staircase, typical of homes in Alghero's historic center. The apartment sits in the northern part of the old center, in the area once known as the ghetto, near the municipal library, behind Piazzetta Santa Croce, and close to the Pigafetta bastions.

I was in Alghero for work in late September and early October, and Antonella was a wonderful host. The studio is lovely, clean, comfortable, and quiet, right in the center. It's a great fit for one person or a couple. Thanks so much for being available and so hospitable!

The apartment is tiny, but very well equipped. We could cook simple meals in the kitchenette, which has a microwave, electric kettle, and moka pot. There's also a washing machine, cleaning products, and a dish sponge. Beach gear is thoughtfully provided too, including towels, mats, cooler bags, an umbrella, toys for small children, and a plastic chair. We especially appreciated the warm feather duvet on chilly nights, as well as the air conditioning and mosquito screens. Antonella had food ready for breakfast and took food allergies into account ❤️ Though it's right in the historic center, the apartment is quiet and feels safe at night. Restaurants, cafes, a bakery, the waterfront, bus stop, playground, souvenir shops, ice cream, clothing shops, and fruit, vegetable, fish, and meat markets are all close by. It's practical for one person, a couple, or a family with a small child. Thanks, Antonella, we'd be very happy to return. Alghero and the surrounding area are charming, and the beaches are beautiful.

Antonella was courteous all the way through, and the service was top-notch. Everything went perfectly. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely contact her again if I return!
