Casa Vacanza 2 Mari

The garden is large and lovely, especially for playing with our dogs, and the parking space was great. It’s relatively quiet despite the road on every side. The host was very friendly and gave helpful advice. The bed was decent but could use more pillows; a small sofa and cushions for the hard wooden chairs would also make things more comfortable. There’s plenty of crockery and cutlery, but no dish soap or dishwasher tablets. Wi-Fi was a bit temperamental but worked. The bathroom is very basic, with no modern amenities, a small shower, a showerhead leaking at the seal, and harsh jets. There’s not much room to put your things, especially with several people. The location is great, but the hard chairs and lack of a sofa make it less comfortable inside. These are minor things, though, and it wouldn’t take much to make the place a gem. There was a septic tank problem, but Fabio had someone come the next day and it didn’t cause any more trouble. We had a great time and I recommend it. It could just use a little more comfort and some modern amenities.
