Il Giardino Degli Iris

We spent a week at Giardino degli Iris, and the hosts were genuinely kind and helpful. On mornings when we couldn't get to breakfast, they packed us a breakfast box so we could still have the complimentary meal. Breakfast is served outdoors and has plenty of sweet and savory choices. There's also a shared area where you can have tea. The B&B only has a few rooms, and ours was clean and very comfortable, with air conditioning, a fan, and a drying rack in the outdoor area. The location worked well for us, with the center about a 10-minute walk away. Parking was easy too, and we always found a spot. We'll definitely return when we're next in Alghero.

It was easy to find parking on the streets nearby, and the center is about a 10-minute walk from this excellent B&B. Our room and bathroom were both spacious, tidy, and clean. The owners were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was generous in the relaxing garden. It starts at 8:30, though an earlier time might be better. Highly recommended.

The family running the place were warm, helpful, and easy to chat with. They suggested places for us to see and even printed our plane tickets. I highly recommend staying here. It's a 12-14 minute walk to the city center. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and was spotlessly clean with everything a tourist might need to be comfortable. There was a large wardrobe, plus a refrigerator with drinks for an extra fee. Each evening we could pick the next day's breakfast, and there was a room with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. A couple of things could be better: there weren't enough electrical outlets, and they didn't fit standard European sockets. There was plenty of shampoo and shower gel, but no proper air conditioner, just a fan on the lamp above, which didn't do much in the heat.
