The host was kind and quick to respond, and our stay went smoothly from start to finish. We had everything we needed in the Margaret apartment, from a coffee machine and hair dryer to an iron. It was clean and nicely appointed, and the terrace was wonderfully spacious. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay, and once again everything was clean and well organized. The beach is 3 minutes away, restaurants are 5 minutes away, and the airport takes 10 minutes by car or 20 by bus.

Margaret was a modern, clean, well-equipped apartment, and the beach was an easy walk away. Town was more of a stretch, so we drove and found free parking by the marina. Cycling would also work well. It was quite a contrast with the apartment we stayed in before.

Breakfast was all-inclusive and, by Sardinian standards, excellent. The rooms even had facilities for cooking, and the hotel was quiet. You do need a car to reach the accommodation, since it's outside Alghero's center, where traffic is restricted.

Our reservation was cancelled the day before we were due to arrive, on a Sunday. They said the payment hadn't come through from booking.com, though that was an issue between them. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on us.
