After my hike, I really enjoyed the sauna and Jakuzi, and the breakfast was good too. The helpful people there also sorted out laundry and transport for me. I’ll come back!

The room had a coffeemaker but no coffee, and the butter was rotten, as shown in the photo. The place is old and worn out, the beds and pillows are hard, the service is lousy, and breakfast is poor.

The rooms were spotless and tidy, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly. The spa area was lovely too. A great hotel in classic Italian Alpine style!

Everything felt precise, perfect, and clean. I think the place is managed entirely by ladies. Thumbs up.
