You’ll need a car to get around, since the surrounding villages aren’t very close and there’s no public transport. Still, I recommend a stay here. The rooms have a rustic local style, every comfort, their own air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The grounds are huge, the view is breathtaking, and the pool is always clean and available. Staff are polite, exceptional, and ready to answer questions or share tips about the area and getting around. Breakfast is delicious and varied. We’ll definitely return.

The rooms are clean and well cared for, simply but tastefully furnished to fit the surroundings. It feels like a home away from home, with an incredible view. This family-run agriturismo is warm and authentic, and the owners are friendly, welcoming, and deeply connected to the local area. Set in nature among green hills and pristine landscapes, it’s a peaceful place to recharge. The location near the border of Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany is ideal for visiting some of central Italy’s most beautiful places. We highly recommend it for an authentic stay in nature, away from mass tourism, where you feel truly welcome! 🥰

Breakfast is super good and plentiful, and the price is excellent. The people are very kind and make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and nice, though basic, and the bathroom may be a little small, depending on the room. It’s near interesting sights, so a strategic spot for a holiday. Highly recommended!

The owners were extremely helpful, with great tips on what to see and where to eat. Their homemade breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The place is beautiful and well maintained, both inside the rooms and around the grounds. On hot summer days, a dip in the pool after exploring was a lifesaver. It’s a peaceful oasis where you can recharge. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
