We loved watching the sunset and moonrise from the rooftop. Palazzo Vaglio feels almost like a museum inside, full of history and beautiful architecture, and the owner was really friendly. We had a great stay and I'd definitely come back.

My husband and I had a wonderful week here with our two Labradors. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished, and everything was really clean. The owners were lovely, extremely kind, and available whenever we needed anything. The property is a beautiful 15th-century place in the center of Alliste, a charming village with plenty of history and a real Apulian feel. Breakfast comes as a voucher for a café or pastry shop 100 meters away. We always chose the pastry shop, which had lots of delicious options. The sea is a lovely five-minute drive away. Thank you so much for everything!

Pasticceria Maggio is a real local gem, and that's where breakfast is served. Our room was clean, the price was fair, and the host was available to answer questions. The location works really well for getting to Salento's prettiest beaches, from Punta Della Suina to Gallipoli, Torre San Giovanni, and Torre Mozza. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.
