The family-run hotel was lovely, with a cute feel, a great view, and friendly, professional staff. We got useful local advice from them and felt the customer service was excellent. There was a mix-up about how many people were on the reservation, but after I questioned the overcharge, they sorted it out right away and reimbursed me for the actual number of guests. Our room felt quite warm at night, and we weren’t sure whether it was safe to sleep with the terrace door open, so we didn’t sleep well. Next time we’ll bring a fan to move the air around. Thank you!

The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, and the lifts are quite close. We felt at home thanks to the very friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

We had a lovely stay at Garni il Giglio. The room was comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast came with lots of delicious cakes. I’d recommend it for a ski trip.

The Daolasa gondola is very close by, and the rooms feel cozy, with a great shower. The hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to help.

For the price, especially outside the busy season, it’s a good deal. The rooms are roomy, breakfast is good, and the owner is friendly and willing to help.
