The rooms were fantastic, and the owner was friendly and courteous. It’s right in central Altamura. I’d give it six stars if I could, though five is the limit.

The room was recently renovated, with a new, fairly spacious bathroom, and the location is very nice, in a historic building facing Altamura’s main street. But the room itself was so tiny that opening my suitcase was difficult. It’s also not suitable if you have mobility issues: the rooms are upstairs on the first floor, there’s no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow and steep.
