The view here is spectacular, and we liked both the breakfast and the coffee. There's a supermarket nearby where you can pick up water, snacks, and other things. Getting around on foot isn't easy because the road is narrow and cars use it. If you don't have a car or scooter, there are stairs, and having to climb them every time you want to take the bus into town can be discouraging.

Parking is provided, which saves about 20€-25€ a day, and the place was very clean. The owner is friendly and will even give you bus tickets to use, which you can return after you get into the city. Breakfast is just what you'd expect from an Italian breakfast. The WiFi cuts out every half hour, but reconnecting gets it working again. It's a nice, quiet place if you want peaceful days. If you're looking for more fun, there's an easy 15-minute walk from the back exit.

We spent four nights at Casa Hermosa and had a fantastic stay. The owners don't speak English, but a young guy, Alberto, checks you in, and you can text him if there's a problem. Breakfast is ready every morning from 8 o'clock. There's parking, though getting into the space is quite tight. Even so, it's much better than many other places on the Amalfi Coast.
