Hotel King

Fantastic.

The whole team is wonderful and always makes us feel at home. We've stayed here several times, and each visit has been better. Already looking forward to coming back when it opens next summer. Thanks so much for all the lovely holidays!

We had a wonderful week at the Holiday Village near the beach. The restaurant was excellent, as always, and the reception team were smiling and ready to help whenever we needed something. The entertainers were all top-notch. Congratulations and thanks for everything.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but we left two days early, and I wouldn't repeat this holiday. The room was a decent size but in awful shape. The bathroom was missing its toilet paper holder, with glue still where it used to be. The fixtures were old, with limescale and rusty faucets, and the shower wasn't usable with a 2.5-year-old. The small, dirty balcony looked onto the parking lot and had a broken drying rack that was practically unusable. The pool looked Olympic-sized in the photos, but it turned out to be smaller than my Intex pool. The lounge was roomy, though the bar had very little to offer. The elevator was tiny, noisy, and dirty. After two rides, I took the stairs. The food was acceptable, but the buffet felt like a race to get any before it ran out. The vegetables were always the same and tasted industrial. There were paper napkins, marked cups, and disposable plastic cups for the child. Breakfast was good if you got there at the right time, when there were still some pastries. The beach and pool were convenient for the child, but cost extra. The bike service was terrible, and we never got a bike.
