The room appeared clean, and maybe we were just unlucky, but the slanted ceiling felt claustrophobic. With the shutters closed, the windows let in no light and very little air, even though the windows themselves could open. The staff were nice when we checked in, but less helpful when we asked to change rooms, even though we offered to pay extra. I hate giving such a low rating, but the pictures may help explain it. After checking out other hotels in the area, I wouldn't risk booking an economy room here.

I’m updating my review in July 2025. I’m very disappointed with how the managers at Levante handled my booking. In July I reserved an upper-floor room and asked for a bathroom with a window. They confirmed it, so I paid the deposit. When I arrived with my grandson, though, that room wasn’t available. We were put on the first floor in a small room with a bathroom that had no window and a fan that didn’t work. The French window only opened partway. After I complained, they offered a hotel far away, or another place with a window in the bathroom, but that room was small and old. The bed sheets were damaged, there was no minibar, and getting food meant going to a nearby hotel. Traveling with a baby was a priority for me. The beach was also farther away along the road. They ruined our holiday. Back home, I contacted Federconsumatori. They requested a small refund of what I’d paid, but the hotel didn’t even respond. Anyone considering a holiday at this property should know how unseriously the booking was handled and that they may end up feeling ripped off, as my family and I did.
