The room was large, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was no parking space left in the lot, but we found free parking on the street about 200 meters away. They had a secure garage for the bike. For Ironman Italy, they served an early breakfast, and the transition area was only a three-minute walk away. A good choice for Ironman Italy Cervia participants.

The rooms were nice, and cleanliness really stood out. I was here for a sports camp but the food was so tasty and healthy that I couldn't resist the dishes, and ended up gaining 2 kg 😅. The beach, shops, and restaurants are just a minute away. Sophi was especially lovely and helpful throughout my stay, easily the most valuable person among the staff. I'm sure I'll come back for a second visit, and maybe more!

A couple of minutes from the beach, this worked really well for a family holiday. The rooms would only get three stars from me, but the food and service deserve more. Everyone was so friendly, and the food was amazing, better than anywhere I've stayed on an all-inclusive holiday :)

Our daughter felt comfortable right away thanks to the warm, helpful welcome from the staff. We had a spacious, clean room that worked well for our small family, and the few-minute walk to Cervia beach was great for a relaxing holiday. Meals were a highlight too: breakfast had lots of variety, fresh local food, and homemade desserts, while dinner featured Romagna dishes and a children's menu our daughter loved. Angela and Valentina made things extra special with their kindness and smiles. We had a fantastic week and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it to families.

We were given a room larger than the one we had booked, which made our stay more comfortable, and it was very clean. The food was excellent as well. The reception team were friendly at check-in, and the management was helpful with all our questions and needs. I was very satisfied with the stay.
