We had a good stay and the staff we met were lovely. On our first day we arrived late, but they stayed past their hours to help get our car into the garage, which we really appreciated. The AC units could be better, and the food menu could offer more. They could also make it easier to submit a food request for the next day. If you don't, they won't serve breakfast even though you've paid for it.

The woman who looked after the rooms and served breakfast was wonderful, and the view was lovely. But we left a night early. Photos can be misleading, so check exactly which room you've booked. Our superior double sea view room was extremely small, and the AC would struggle in the summer heat. It felt like a greenhouse. For that room, I wouldn't pay more than 150 euro.

Marco was so nice and helped us a lot. We had an amazing view of the ocean, too. The location is great, with a 20-minute walk down to the center, or you can catch the bus from the hotel to positano.

Getting into town and down to the beach was a bit of a tough walk, especially with a baby. Our room was extremely small and the staff were rude. It just wasn't a good fit for us.

The location was beautiful and the service was great, but our three-star rating is about the noise. Room 1 sits right by reception and the breakfast tables, and its glass door did almost nothing to block sound. We heard every noise in the hallway from our beds, including guests arriving late or leaving early. If you're a heavy sleeper, though, this could be a fantastic place to stay.
