We really enjoyed our stay, especially the owners' warmth and the spotless room. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view over the old city, and an Italian person we met was the first to make an effort to communicate with us despite our not speaking Italian. Breakfast was served at a pastry shop in the old town rather than at the B&B, which we actually liked. Just be aware that it's expensive. So much care went into everything.

Breakfast was generous, varied, and came with homemade desserts. Flavia and Fiorella gave us a warm welcome, and the rooms and facilities were spotless. We had a thoroughly satisfying stay and will definitely come back.

After the walk, returning for our last night felt like coming home. We stayed once before setting out on the Germanic Way and again when we finished it. Fiorella and Flavia are so friendly and helpful, truly exceptional people.

The view is priceless, and the Villa is very close to the center of Amelia. We spent New Year's Eve there and felt thoroughly looked after. The owners were kind and helpful, the place was spotless and well maintained, and breakfast was divine. I highly recommend it.
