Cielogreco felt like family in Calabria. The olive and citrus fields, relaxing sea view, and Ionian coast right outside the door made for a beautiful setting. The restored houses are lovely and thoughtfully done, with what you need for a comfortable stay, from coffee to reclining chairs. There's also a striking manor house, and you can walk or bike to a beach a few minutes away. The hosts made the place especially welcoming. They're kind and caring, quick to help, and good at creating a friendly atmosphere among the guests. We enjoyed quiet breakfasts and tasty dinners, sharing good food and readings with everyone. If you're in the area, Cielogreco is an ideal choice. A 5+++ stars experience.

We've been here several times, and I'll never forget this beautiful place. The city is cozy too, and the beach is lovely, just five minutes away by car.

I spent about a week here with my dad. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean, and had every comfort. Rosanna and Teofilo were wonderful, kind, and helpful, and there was a fantastic, generous breakfast waiting for us each morning. The property is in a charming natural setting, with fruit and olive trees and a breathtaking view of the sea. If I come back to Amendolara, I'd definitely stay here again for the owners' friendliness and the beauty of the place. Thanks again for everything.

Set on a hill in Amendolara, Cielogeco sits in an old rural home among nature and centuries-old olive trees. The stone houses are simply and tastefully furnished, with spectacular views across the Gulf of Sibari. It's a peaceful place, and the patio with sun loungers is a lovely spot to sit and take in the sea meeting the sky. The beach is less than a kilometer away and reachable on foot, though the climb depends on the person. A healthy walk near the property before breakfast is hard to pass up. Meals bring typical Calabrian flavors to the table, shared with the other guests. There's also an outdoor bowling alley and a beautiful ping pong table in the old manor house for a good workout. Teofilo and Rosanna offer all of this, but what stays with you most is how naturally they make you feel at home. They're special people. When you leave, you already hope to come back and feel those same emotions again.

The owners' hospitality makes you feel at home, and breakfast is exceptional. The farmhouse is in an excellent spot on the hills, among centuries-old olive trees.
