This hotel has a fantastic spot in central Anacapri, with lovely shops, transport, and plenty of restaurants close by. The chairlift is just minutes away, and there are lots of other things to see and do. Our room was clean, had fresh towels each day, air conditioning, a basic hairdryer, and a TV. We couldn't find an English channel, but that wasn't an issue for us. The owners were friendly, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was buffet style and had limited options, though we enjoyed it and found it perfectly fine. We'd recommend the hotel and would come back.

Cute hotel, though it could use some renovation. Breakfast felt tired, and all the plastic-wrapped portions made it seem like the 1990s.

We really liked the location, on a road full of restaurants and shops, and the lively area around it. The balcony, AC, and view over the cable car to Monte Solaro were also great. It's just a five minute walk to the cable car. Breakfast was nice, but the service wasn't very attentive. We ordered coffee and it never came, so we had to ask again.

We had three lovely nights at this very centrally located hotel. The room was very clean, and breakfast was fine, though the coffee wasn't very good. I think the owner works hard, but the lady who owns the hotel seemed a little unhappy. A fridge and kettle in the room would be useful. Thank you.

The neighborhood is less hectic than Capri, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with excellent cappuccino and coffee. The hotel is charming and well placed for transit and vehicle services near Piazza Vittoria, as well as shops and restaurants. The chair lift to Augustus's Villa is a couple of minutes away, and Villa & Giardini Michele is nearby too. Scala Fenicia is about a five minute walk.
