Victoria was incredibly kind and helpful, one of the best staff members! The hotel is very good, and the staff are the best, always helpful and kind.

Such a lovely, beautiful hotel. The spot where it sits is especially attractive, right on the bank of lake Riva del garda.

Everything felt even better in person than described. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere and service that went beyond what we expected. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed something. A great experience from beginning to end, and I’d recommend it to anyone after comfort, quality, and warm hospitality.

My parents have just come back from a lovely holiday on Lake Garda, where they stayed at this hotel. They especially liked the family-style cooking, which was varied and really tasty, and thought it was great value for money. The owners were welcoming and very kind. The hotel is in a great spot, right across from the lake and just a short walk from the center of Maderno.

The location is great, but I wouldn’t come back. The food felt like canteen fare, and breakfast was poor, with packaged products. Cleanliness was lacking, with cobwebs everywhere. The Wi-Fi barely existed, and the shower had a curtain plus a broken rail that was never fixed.
